Does Feel Better Clinic Offer Direct Billing?

Yes! We work with the following insurance companies to offer direct billing:

How Do I find parking or get to the clinic?

The Grain Exchange building is located West of a paid Parking Plus lot located west of the building (zone #9007). We also have free 2-hour parking zones located in front and across from the street. The LRT is conveniently located two streets North of the building.

We advise every client to give themselves an extra 15 minutes to ensure they can find parking for their appointment. Feel Better Clinic is not responsible for any parking infractions that occur during treatment time.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Clients are actively moving during their appointments, so clothing that allows for unrestricted range of motion is highly encouraged. Athletic clothing or soft, breathable fabrics are highly encouraged. If clients are dressed in clothing that limits the capacity our practitioners can give, a client may have to rebook at their earliest convenience.

What is feel better clinic’s cancellation policy?

We get it: life gets busy, and things come up! We applaud every one of our clients for taking time out of their schedules to prioritize their health and well-being. When we have last-minute cancellations or no-shows, it limits opportunities for other clients to be able to access essential treatments they need to feel better.

Clients can cancel up to 24 hours prior to their booking at no additional charge; if clients cancel within 4 hours of their originally scheduled time, Feel Better Clinic reserves the right to charge 50% of the total treatment time. If a client is more than 20 minutes late to an appointment without notice, Feel Better Clinic will charge the complete treatment cost.
